Since I began my career in real estate I wanted to provide my clients with any information and guidance necessary so that they can feel confident that whatever real estate decision they make was the right one and that all transactions run smoothly during this stressful time. So many people feel that they were previously mislead or over promised by a realtor and therefore in the end the process is not enjoyable and people walk away from a transaction feeling let down.

I promise to do everything possible to protect your best interests and needs.

I promise to explain in detail every step of the real estate transaction right down to what my own expectations are of my clients in order for the process to go smoothly.

This includes (If selling) educating you in the art of “Setting the Stage” to sell your home. This will ultimately result in achieving the best price possible in the desired time frame.

I also believe that networking with other Realtors®, arranging tours to show the home, creating appealing brochures for prospective purchasers and extensive advertising on the internet and in Home Buying literature are all essential elements to market your home properly.

I am the author of a real estate book that was published in 2005 “Get the best deal when selling your home”.

I have completed a three-part relocation course.

I have earned my e-Pro designation, which is a certification for Internet and technology professionals.

I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and am therefore qualified to represent clients solely as a buyer’s agent.

I am a certified CDRE (Certified Distressed Property Expert)

With millions of dollars of business in the past ten years, I am enjoying a successful real estate career in the North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area.

* Carol’s Story

I was born and grew up in London, England. I worked in finance for over fifteen years. I began my career with Salomon Brothers in London where I worked on the trading floor for five years. I then moved to New York City in 1986 and worked the next ten years as a capital markets broker for Tullett-Liberty Inc

I enjoyed a long and successful career brokering money market instruments, foreign exchange and Interest rate derivatives. During my last few years in New York I was promoted and managed the medium term interest rate swap desk with a team of fifteen brokers and support staff.

All the experience I gained on the trading floor and working with my team, contributes immensely to my ability to guide homeowners through the financial and emotional process of buying and selling their homes while at the same time utilizing my negotiating skills to benefit my clients.

I have three children; 16 year old twins James & Danielle and 13-year-old Charlotte.

When I decided to leave “Wall Street” I began the search for a city in the USA that would provide a healthy lifestyle for my children and at the same time desired the close proximity to a major metropolitan city. After visiting a friend who had relocated to the City of Scottsdale the previous year, I fell in love with the Sonoran Desert and the lifestyle that it provides for
families and singles alike. I realized that I had found our new home. 18 months later we left New York and moved to The Valley of the Sun. I now live happily in North Scottsdale and are exited about helping others pursue their dreams.
